Sometimes this experience is passive but most are interactive to keep you connected to your body, your awareness, and your healing process as we go.

Together we’ll identify your movement strategies, strengths, limitations, and needed modifications. We may blend several styles of movement and stretching to create space, improve function, and support your nervous system.

Hands-on work and movement are only part of the process. Through a combination of in-person and/or Zoom sessions we can create a plan tailored specifically to you - meeting you exactly where you are.
